Default Fuel float stuck

Last night my Fuel float was stuck for a solid 10 minutes...
I fueled up ~25L of fuel, and my fuel guage still read the same as it did before filling, it began to rise after 10 minutes of driving.
Wondering if anyone else had this problem, hopefully it's the last time i see this.

Starting to think the LFA instrument cluster is not something worth while =\

Early redesign models (2014s) are having some issues now.

This just doesn't sound like an instrument cluster issue to me. I could be wrong.....

Well yes and no, Could be something wrong with the fuel sensor as well.

Just a precautions, I have been hearing stories of the instrument cluster blacking out, not displaying fuel, dead pixels. =\

Mine does the same thing maybe every few month or so. But when it happens the mileage (distance left on tank) gauge is accurate though.

I remember way back when the 3IS first came out, there were a couple of people who had some wonky stuff going on with the F Sport cluster, but I haven't seen anything since then (until now).

I guess this is where an extended warranty could come in handy.

When it happened my distance to empty was still the same. I am leaning more towards the actual fuel float being stuck or something. The Fuel level did start to rise after 10 mins or so... The fuel rose from mid to full over about 3 seconds, as well as the distance to empty at the same time. Thought it would be an instant kind of thing... we'll see if this pops again next fuel up.

id be very surprised if these cars had a physical float at all. I would expect some sort of ultra sonic sensor or something. Wonder if anyone has access to that information?
