Lexus f'd up on the F pricing, and for that matter, their entire lineup at the moment.

If they MSRP'd that car for 65k, it would get alot of interest, alot of sales, and alot of produciton.

Instead they MSRP it at 80k, everyone passes on it cause they are comparing it to 80k msrp cars that sell for close to msrp

Good luck on the IS300 purchase... and don't forget, with just a simple tune, you can make up for all the lost power in the IS300 vs. IS350! Both cars have identical drivetrains, only difference being the ECU calibration, and the price
