I didn't take a before pic, but I do have an after pic. If I remember correctly, the factory stitching has one row of threads whereas this one has 2 parallel rows of threads, but it doesn't really bother me. The color of the threads match what was there before. Also this material seems thicker than what Lexus used.

I used a needle nose pliers with a Phillips bit to get to the screws. I also couldn't find anything on how to remove the lid only so I wrote something up.

dealership said no bulletins, Lexus customer support not acknowledging the issue. Clean manuf defect in the fake leather used. So frustrated with this. Never had a vehicle that it was coming apart.

Passenger door now splitting as well
