Default Any problems with the new IS350 models?

I am a new owner for a 2017 Lexus IS350 Fsport atomic silver exterior with roja red interior Originally wanted white but it was sold out everywhere. I wanted this car since 2014. I know its a reliable car, and it might be too early to ask but has anyone found any problems with the new IS350 that I should watch out for or know about?

also this is for anyone in Cali: anyone has suggestions or hook ups on vinyl wraps in the bay area? thinking about wrapping my car.
and whose going to Wekfest San Jose this Sunday?

Congrats on the new car. Nice color combo...way too many Ultra White/Red combo on the road.

Besides the complaint about the durability of the Nuluxe on the side bolster from sliding in and out of the car, no significant mechanical issues have been reported with the 350. Just be careful when getting in and out of your car...those aggresssive bolstering on the F-sport seats will take a beating if you don't.

OP - Congrats on your new 2017 Lexus! I have a brand new IS 350 F sport (white with red interior) and I love it!! I had a 2015 (white with black interior) and I had ZERO issue with the vehicle. You will learn to appreciate this vehicle the more you drive it - While I have read about some minor issues here, I think these are the exception not the norm. I used to be an Acura guy but since switching to the Lexus with the IS, I have had zero regret.

I had my 17 IS350 F since December 16 and its been impeccable. Many long trips absolutely nothing wrong. Ultra White on red is perfect.

My 2016 IS200t with Red interior shows 0 wear after about a year. But also I don't get in and out like an animal!

'16 IS350F, 19k miles.

No major problems. Only thing I found annoying was slight ticking noising when going over bad roads. AND THE PAINT IS SOFT AF. Get a clear bra, <-- regretted that I didn't in the first place.

FYI, you made the right choice going with the atomic silver. I have White/Blk, but it gets dirty so easily. If I were to do it over again, I would had went with atomic silver.

I have a 2015 IS350 AWD, which is mechanically the same as the new ones. No problems here.

The 350 engine is most than a decade old so it's tried and true, even if not that efficient.

I know... I've had a GS300 for a long time and it has ALL OF THE ABOVE! I just got a CPO IS350 F-Sport RWD Grey/Red, THINKING "well a Lexus 15 Years Newer is gonna have that AND a lot more" and it has NONE OF THE ABOVE! lol
