I have 24 preset stations set up on my radio but for some off reason, it wont go to the last 2-3 stations with the directional buttons. The only way to go to those stations are by mouse. Do you all think the video module has something to do with this? Should I remove prior to taking to dealer?

 

Go to change the presets back to 36. Give this a try and see if it would hit every preset with the directional buttons.

I've encountered something similar like this before with an ES.

 

The only aftermarket item I've installed was the Beatsonic module. I'm going to try to change the preset to 36 first then try to cycle through. If that doesn't work, I will disconnect the beatsonic then im taking trip to Hedrick Lexus. That itself isn't a big issue, but if this is truly a problem, it might be the precursor for additional issues down the road (with my luck, past warranty). Thank you both for the valuable input.

 

Tried changing presets and it went through the cycle. Apparently the issues is resolved. Saved a dealer trip for me.
