Hey guys, so I just purchased my first Lexus (2014 Is250 F sport) and there's a few things I need to do to it.. The volume ***** on it are a weird soft plastic material and I was really hoping to get them in that metallic material like the newer is250's have. Is this a possibility?

Also, my center console area (both the around the nav unit and where I rest my hand) is kind of scratched up so I was thinking about getting an interior dash kit, hopefully in carbon fiber as well as carbon fiber wraps for my side mirrors.
I'm pretty new to this and was looking at eBay trying to find something but wasn't sure what to look at/get. Any advice would be very appreciated. If it makes a difference for the size, my vehicle does have NAV but no the Mark Levinson sound system.
