I agree on that statement on iJDMtoy. Their customer service is sure crap and I know for sure where they(and everyone else) is getting their LEDs from. Prefer getting directly from the factories, you save a little money and you also might be able to haggle on the price and warranty terms too.

One thing to note is that they are polar sensitive on how the resistors work so if one side flashes quite odd, try to reverse them.

The 7440 is a clear bulb versus the 7443NA is a amber bulb from factory. They are pretty much the same bulbs just one is colored and one isn't. Actually 7440 has a NA version as well.
Someone should really start making bulbs standard and not just use what you feel like putting. It get's annoying when having to bring in 7443/3157/BAY15D bulbs for all types of cars. Same goes for T10(mini/standard) and festoon(29mm/31mm/etc...)

Both the 7440 and 7443 are T20 (20mm diameter) wedge bulbs, the difference is that 7440 is a single filament (high output only) and 7443 is dual filament (high or low output) - eg. a 7440 bulb could replace an on/off only bulb such as turn signal, and a 7443 a on/dim/off bulb such as a turn signal/parking light combo. In an LED bulb, the low output is typically achieved via resistors instead of a separate set of LEDs.
Trust me, I feel you on that last one. My least favorite is the unnecessary difference between 3157 and 7443 bulbs. They do the same functions in the similar locations, except the former is a few mm larger in each direction - making them non interchangeable.

NA simply stands for "Natural Amber", and can be appended to other types as well - eg. 1157NA is an Amber 1157 bulb.

BA15S and BAY15D are the worst! They look the same but the locking tabs are slightly different and the bottom nipples are different too! Someone will make big money if they can standardize automotive bulbs. I like how LEDs redefine 7440/7443 since you can buy them in Amber or White or Switchback lol!

I think we're moving that way in the short term with LED bulbs (eg. T10 can replace 168, 194, etc.), but in the long term the industry will simply switch to integrated LED lighting modules with non-replaceable diodes.

I have a 2014 is250 and recently replaced my headlights with new leds. For some reason the new lights did not come with turn signal bulbs. I took the Oem bulbs and put them in the new lights. Everything works fine but when I turn the lights on, I get the ‘check headlight System’ warning light come on. Would buying new led turn signals erase the warning light? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
