Extra fuses!?
I blew my 12v charging port and need to replace the 15a fuse.
I think i found the correct replacement:
http://www.littelfuse.com/products/f.../891-10-9.aspx
I cant find it at any store- Autozone, Oreilly, walmart.
Does anyone know if the car comes with extra 15a fuses?

your local autozone should have them.
pepboys has them too: https://www.pepboys.com/product/details/26701/00618
and yes, there should be extra fuses in the fuse holder.

The fuse is there to protect the vehicle circuit from whatever you plug in...if something is drawing more amperage that the 15A fuse, then there could be something wrong with the device if it was meant to be used in a car.
If the device needs more than 15A's to operate properly, then this is not the circuit to be plugging it into.
Increasing the fuse size will reduce the protection for the vehicle...and as one person put it to me, that's when you "let the smoke out of the wires". A colorful way of saying the wire harness will start smoking, and then catch on fire.

I wouldn't recommend a larger size fuse...there is a reason why the circuit has a 15A fuse.

You took me way out of context for that line I wrote.
reread how I wrote it and separated the sentences with a photo
I.e. "goto a larger size store! where the chance of finding the fuse may be higher"

Surprisingly people will actually put a larger fuse because it keeps blowing the recommended one...and they are not looking for why the fuse is blowing.
