Default Damaged Struts Help

Hello Guys. My 14 lexus is 350 F sport had front end crash and front driver side strut is broken and needs to replaced, but passenger side seems okey as technicians said.

My question is, if it is reccomended to change both struts front left and right or only damaged one. If i change only one side will it cause some disbalance or something.

Also i took pictures of Left side damaged strut and i cant find with that part number on the internet. strut Brand is Tokico Japan. can you guys help me out where i can get it, i cant find it on ebay or elswhere.

Your Help is highly appreciated.

Your car its not an old car, replace one strut is fine, unless its a 7-10 years old car, recommend both.
