like i said, its defected, AC/Heat etc SHOULD NOT MAKE ANY NOISE when On or Off, Engine should not make any weird beside the normal noise, suspension should not make any noise beside normal thump noise when u hit the speed bump or pot hole.

Lexus dealer or mechanic shop in Toronto don't like me lol , i find every single little detail issue on a car hahahaha
