Service at Dealership - Feeling like they are trying to hose me...
Took my 2014 IS 250 F Sport in today for an oil change as I am at 44k miles.
Long story short, just moved to Nashville from Atlanta and both of our cars (we have two IS 250s) were purchased at Hennessy Lexus in Atlanta. Really close with those guys down there as the GM is a close friend of mine, and I trust them.
Anyway, needed new front rotors and pads about 10k miles ago, and the Nashville dealer quoted me $900! I told them no thanks - took to by the Atlanta dealer when I was back in town and they did it for $450.
Fast forward to today, I get a call after I drop off my car for the oil change and the SA says they don't have the 30k service on file, and says I need a laundry list of things - (something to do with the fuel injectors, rear differential flush(?), etc. Basically quotes me for $800 worth of service.
Am I missing something here?

No, you are not. I called (most likely the same) dealer for my 30K and was quoted over $900. CRAZY!! I took it to an indy shop that specializes in Lexus vehicles and received the same service for about $250. I will only take my car to the dealer for warranty items and probably oil changes ($80 IIRC).
If you're still under warranty I would think the fuel injectors would be covered as you're still under 50,000 miles.

I just take my maintenance manual with me to Toyota and have them do what the manual says. Outside of oil changes and new front pads, I did the brake flush at 30k. Does manual say to do injectors and rear diff? I didn't see that in the manual.

Thanks for the response. Can't believe these dealerships and their sales tactics.

I seriously doubted they are replacing your injectors at 44K miles. So what they are doing is "injector cleaner service". That is all but a 5 minute job of opening up a bottle of techron and pouring it into your gas tank. 44k and a rear diff flush already? maybe if you drive in severe weather conditions. Rotors and pads are VERY EASY to change on this model. I did it on my IS350 this week. Brake flush is difficult if you don't have the tools, I do now - and it was also easy. I am skeptic with their "included free 4yr/20K scheduled maintenance warranty". Every time i came in, ended up paying 300+. Bull**** car wash they always tried to sell me. I picked up the car and it still had smudges, wheels were still dirty.

Service departments and auto shops are now treated like any other business. I'm willing to bet the service manager gets a bonus on profits so of course they are going to try and sell you stuff you don't need.
