Im not expert on tires but i will share what i usually do.
I use the tires until the tires lines become close to disappear, then i change them.
if you are planing to change, i would say go with Yokohama, they have run flat tier its called ADVAN SPORT Z.P.S.

Once you start getting close to the wear indicators I circled below. I wouldn't let the treads get as low as in that pic, but you get the idea. You would probably notice reduced performance in rain/snow when the tire tread starts getting close to those tread wear points.
If you have any uneven wear paterns (outer edge, center, or tire tread cracking/break down) you would need to change them also. These things also indicate other issues like alignment, suspension components wear, crappy tires, or over/under inflation of the tires.

i would say you did really good.. the stock staggered set up is only good for about 12k miles..
So you are probably due for a set... Get your self a set of Michelin supers sports if you can afford them.. stay away from run flats loud ride like **** wont last long.

Thanks for the help guys. Figured it's better to get them now than to try and squeeze a few extra weeks out of them.
went with the Yokohama Advan Sport tires

I got over 26k on my stock tires. They probably had a few thousand left but I was dying to put some Michelin on. This is one aspect I wouldn't cheap on! Go measure your tread depth, 2mm left is the legal limit. You don't want to get into a heavy downpour with 2mm of tread depth!

damn! i only got like 15k on the OE tires!! looking at the picture you posted, id replace them soon.
then i went for Continental DW. now im running PSS!!!
im happy with the PSS, i'll most likely get another set of PSS.

thats called negative camber wear. Next you are going to see metal threads, then the tire will blow out possible damage your rim and leave you stranded. Tire should have been changed 1000 miles ago.
You must drive 100% highway to get that many miles out of a low profile tire
