I am sorry for sounding so cynical and sarcastic but this whole experience has me incredibly pissed at Lexus. Have a look at my bill of sale and you will see that they even have LEATHER seats listed. I wasn't aware that the seats were not leather until I had the first problem and even then I was told that parts of the seat like the seat back are not leather. After being refused any kind of help from Lexus I started looking for other people with issue like mine and it was there that I found out the entire seat is Nulux
Yeah that's a dealer addendum not the factory "moroney label" so the dealer put LEATHER on it instead of Nu-Lux. Call the local new outlet we have a case of fraud!!!! s/
I would suggest you work with Lexus corporate. You deserve to be compensated for your inconvenience. However, yelling at us on the forum is not going to help.
Hi, for the record I’m not yelling at anyone on this forum. I am venting my frustrations. I apologize if any user feels like I am being aggressive towards them. Let me assure you that is not my intention. I am however extremely disappointed and very frustrated at Lexus.
I totally understand I have a 2015 RC F with 26K miles on it and the driver seat looks horrible where the seat belt rubs the seat and where I get in and out of the car. And my paperwork from Lexus says LEATHER which it isn't. I have already had the dealership see if it was covered under my warranty but they said corporate denied it. And read some other posts that says you just have to keep pushing corporate, so I am going to try that.
