Default real world milage about 200T

Hi guys, hope to get some ideas from other 200t owners here. i have a F-sport with ep1. currently have done about 6000km on the new car, but my mileage seems getting worse.

during my first 3000km, i am getting around 8.2L per 100km, that is 28.7mpg for USA people, now i am start to getting to 9.1L per 100km, and that's 25.8 mpg (us) and this is all done through eco mode with very sedated driving style. my trip is about 60% free traffic and 40% stop start, slow movement. (free traffic average trip speed is 60km/h and slow stop start speed is 26 km/h).

since the official figure is 7.5L/100km, i was hoping in real life i can get at least below 8.5. what about you guys? also if you are stating mpg , please indicate whether it is us or uk, thanks.

That seems pretty normal to me. Considering that you are 60/40 (HWY/CITY). This 25-28 combined MPG sounds about right. You probably won't see 30+ combined, unless you commute freeway A LOT.

Stop and Go traffic+City driving greatly reduces the average MPG.

Surprisingly, the 200t is actually less fuel efficient than the 250 I believe. I average 20.0 so I wouldn't too concerned; however, I do drive 90% city and drive fairly aggressively.

What keeping you from getting a high Mpg is the move/stop since it is much much worse than normal city driving. Even my 1.6t hyundai cannot get the advertised milage at a similar conditions.

The 250 is not as efficient as the 200t, in similar conditions as him you will see 21 MPG.
