I've seen a pic here or somewhere of the front bumper of an IS250/350 F-Sport that was painted black on the bottom, under where the fog lights would be only on the sides not the whole bottom. Anybody know whose car that and able to share the pic/thread?

 

I haven't seen it, but you could use some black vinyl wrap and if you don't like it just remove it... I like the Vvivid XPO vinyl.

it's pretty nice i want to do that with plasti dip too.. but worried i won't do as good a job.. do people just painter's tape it and just spray?

just the bumper though, i dunno about the shadow under the headlights.. looks like eye make up :P

 

Yes! I agree, bottom looks great! Thanks! You would need to mask the area you don't want painted. I would personally do it at my body shop, and recommend doing it that way. Plasti-dip is horrible. This coming from somebody who operates an auto body shop.
