no it was the one I posted above with the offset staggered tips which is why I noticed it, at first I thought it was an IS-F and I was gonna thumbs up the guy, then I saw it was an IS200T. I also noticed the vents on the side skirts, so I am 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% positive it was a Tom's kit, and I suspect the car is a few months old and the owner just hasn't put on his state plates, heck I ran with my dealer plates for 8 months until I got my legacy plates.. My last car I ran with the dealer tags for 2 years until I got pulled over and got a warning for it.

haven't seen it again, however I have been going into work an hour earlier now that my kids are out of school and I am not the morning taxi service.
