Default HRE Rims

Hey I was thinking of getting a set of the HRE ff01 flow form wheels i was just wondering does any one think the price of them is worth it tho? 2500 for a set plus a extra 500 for a finish you would like. does anyone think the price is justifiable or should i look elsewhere for a flow form?

HRE as a brand is great.
Those wheels are "meh" at best. Absolutely zero concavity. And only satin black or basic-silver to start? Nah, I'm good.

This style?
I had a set of BC forged wheels back in the day.
They are forged, so might be out of your price range if you're looking for something around $2500.
Currently wearing Work T7R2P,
I'm personally really tired of cleaning that mesh style. It's impossible to get your hand in and clean it.
Just from experience... it wasn't fun. And having them gloss black didn't help in the slightest lol.

I like your rims alot!! wont the HRE have about the same concavity? What size/offset are on your car i hate cleaning my vossen vfs2 also but these seem easier.

Forged wheel pricing lol. 3k-6k all depends on sizing and finishes.

Not a fan of that style rim. To be honest, it is such an OLD style that has been copied over and over again by every rim company around since the late 80's.

I'd get something new and refreshing, and spend the extra and get forged. You can't beat a forged rim for lightness and strength. Most people just buy whatever rim they like with no consideration of the weight of the rim and wonder why their car rides like crap afterwards.

if you're looking for flow form, enkei makes great flow form wheels. TSW makes some great ones too, for cheap too. im a big fan of their new wheel, rifle or bathurst. if i didnt get my volks, id probably jump on these.

Check out Rota wheels. Their website shows all their wheels but not necessarily all the sizes.

Prices are amazing. I had them for years on my other cars with no issues. They are very tough rims as well and fairly light compared to other non forged rims.
