Has anyone gotten an explanation why the f sport package doesn't offer memory seats, rain sensing wipers, or front and rear parking sensors? Considering its the more popular version of the IS I guess it's not that important but I'm just curious what Lexus' thought process was
Just thinking about it ... Those seem to be a "Luxury" upgrade vs the F Sport being a more "Sporty" package. More sporty = losing some of the more Luxurious upgrades
simple answer is that Lexus didn't want to go much above the $50k price point. To get there with the F-sport package, these nice amenities were excluded. Same with the luxury package which tops out around $50k.
That makes sense. I didn't know the luxury package tops out at the same price as the f sport. Package as much as possible by 50k so Lexus can advertise it as being significantly cheaper than the competition
