Default Suggestions for lug nuts

So I just got some te37 reps (rota grids) bronze and I wanted to spice things up.
I'm trying to decide what will go well with my combination I have.

Ultra white Lexus, bronze wheels, black brake calipers (if that really matters)

I prefer open ended... Wanna try something new. Right now I'm looking at neochrome... But idk..

Side note: I'm gonna take the center cap off cause I'm not really digging it...

Thanks!

Get some spiked lugnuts (gold) from outcast garage, it'll look nice against that bronze. Im planning on getting a set soon too. Lol.

Oh, hey jkhang. And hmm, looks interesting. I might look into those.

Rotas are not too bad, lol. Idk why people don't like rotas that much. But i'll look into those too.

Its going to open up a can of worms but screw it, people have to know:
  • Reps in by nature means that the secondary company did not spend as much money as the original company in R&D simply by copying the design.
  • The workmanship is not nearly as high as the standards that Volk/Rays/Work put themselves to. I've heard of many horror stories revolving around reps (all companies are vulnerable to this, some more than others though)
  • A big reason why people get the original, the TE37, is because it is a true performance wheel. They use the highest grade material for weight, durability, and strength. A cheaper wheel will not have as high of a grade material and might weight more, be less durable and have less strength. Case in point - the TE37 and the Rota Grids (18x9.5) weight 18 lbs and 23 lbs, respectively

To me, this is akin to people rocking fake Jordans. But to each his own.

Yeah, I mean, I figured that much. It's obvious that reals are better than reps, for sure. It just seems to me like rotas are hated on the most out of all reps, when all reps does the same thing: imitate the reals.

But I don't see anything wrong with rotas. As long as they look nice and holds up well as a daily driver, I'm good. Can't afford to potentially mess up expensive *** wheels, ya know?

I do appreciate your input though.

Love the wheels. Own a set of rotas and volks and the only real difference is weight and color. Rotas are good rep wheels.
