Default Need help finding a part

Hello everyone, I got a quote for a custom axel back today and I was told they would have to cut the pipe since they didn't have the connection piece. Is there any place to find these? Note, I haven't tried junkyards yet, and I don't want to buy a whole new system for just one part.
Any help will be greatly appreciate.

Also, I want them to install quad tips at an angle to replicate the style of the RC-F and GS-F, however they told me they would not do it because the end result would be bad. Anyone care to throw in their opinions it would definitely be helpful.

This is the style of the tips.

You need to try another shop. It sounds like amateur hour.

I don't think it sounds like amateur hour at all. I would expect a quality place to refuse to do work they feel would leave them open to liability or warranty issues.

If someone wants to emulate the quad tips of an F model they would need the rear diffuser to make it look right and maybe this guy doesn't have it.

I'm talking more about not having or fabricating an adapter for the stock and aftermarket exhaust. I've had custom 3 inch exhausts made for a couple of my cars over the years. The shops are not worried about your warranty. If you want it and willing to pay, they will build it.

And I agree... the quad tips will not fit out the back with out cutting the bumper.

I was referring to the warrenty or gauruntee offered by the shop that does the exhaust work.

I'm more concerned about the flange than the quad tips. As I seriously don't want anything being cut.
