Default 18" BBS LM fitment question

Alright ClubLexus fam. Im trying to pick up a set of BBS Lm's but not sure if the offset will fit my 2015 IS 250 f sport. Currently running 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 michelin PSS. If any of y'all are fitment experts out there, please let me know if these will fit my car with that tire set up. There are 2 sets for sale.
1) 18x8 +35 (+20 if reverse mounted)
18x9 +35 (+20 if reverse mounted)
and the second set
2) 18x8 +20 (+35 if front mounted)
18x9 +27 (+42 if front mounted)

Let me know if you have any helpful info. Thanks in advance fam

Hey Chris!

Honestly, I prefer the LMs reverse mounted. It just looks cleaner IMO. But having the front mount option makes the offsets a bit easier to deal with.

I would personally go front mounted in the second option. The first option is doable, though you'll be 10mm more aggressive in comparison to the stock wheel offset. For me, I try to stay as close to the stock offsets as possible, but after seeing the 3IS and helping others get wheels with similar offsets in your sizes, I know it's more than sufficient.

As for tires, you should be safe running the same PSS and mounting them. I know you're lowered with the coils, but I really don't see it affecting the ride any differently than with the current OEM wheels you have on the car. Can't wait to see the results!
