Was wondering if anyone has info / insight on how LFS handles MSDs. Traded my 2014 IS 250 in on a 2016 IS 300 F-Sport on Feb 1st that had $3,200 refundable MSDs and still haven't received any check back. Made several calls to them, first response was the odometer statement was misfiled, second response was they were waiting for excess wear and tear report (dealer bought the car) so is the even needed? Third response was they have all the necessary documentation and will take 30 days to process. Should it really take 2+ months to receive the refund???
