Default 2019 Lexus NX 300 lease

Hello, I was at a local dealer in Tampa, FL today and was quoted 58% residual, and only about 7% off MSRP, I feel they have more room to negotiate.
They initially started out with a MF of .0015, and then after mention of my excellent credit, that was quickly dropped to .00085.

Term 36mo. / miles 10k

2019 Lexus NX with sunroof/comfort pkg ($41k sticker)

Any ideas of a target off MSRP I should aim for/possible? I initially went to buy a used 2016 NX, so i wasn’t quite prepared with my lease numbers to aim for.

thank you in advanced!

I am in a similar boat, however I have no figures. I went and test drove a few different NX's today, and I would like to get a 2019 F-sport with most all the bells and whistles in Southern California (let me know good dealers and sales reps names). What would b a good deal OTD, as well as specific figures I need to lock down, and please educate me on the specifics.

I originally thought I would be buying a certified used model, however I liked the newer model better. I was thinking of leasing the car and then buying it at the end of the lease. Can one of you experts tell me the pros and cons and also what would be a great deal for a leased 2019 Lexus NX 2019 FSport model, almost fully loaded. Want to go in and be ready to buy with all of your help.

Let me know if I should wait a little longer - pros and cons.

Thank you all in advance!

I have found that the quoted price is quite different in different areas of the country, Why not send out a request to quote based on specific options desired to about 6 dealers in FL. Then try to play one against another. One dealer in south Florida, JM Lexus, has a new policy of non-negotiation, and I have found them to be fair. Negotiate based on OTD price, then if you want to lease, get their money factor and residual to arrive at monthly lease price.
