ark exhaust installl

im trying to diy install on a 2016 is350 sport and the cat to the ark pipe doesnt have a gasket and the instuctions says to use the stock gasket do i just bolt it up?

The stock gasket looks like a ring over the pipe itself on the stock exhaust, I used the stock one on my after market exhaust
