Cold Air Intake

What is a good cold air intake to put in a 2015 IS 250 FSport that is legal in California?

Not sure about California regulations, but I would assume the F sport is California legal and is a nice OEM upgrade. I love mine

the stock intake w/ better flowing filter element (ie f sport, k&n , toms, etc). some w/ argue that an open air system w/ "heat shield" is the best (ie k&n, afe, greddy, etc), but the stock set itself has the same principles. the stock plastic box helps against heat soaking and has a ram air duct attached it that gets cooler air pushed through the whole system.
