I plan on changing the bulbs for my base model IS250, does anyone anyone know which bulb it uses? I notice the base model only has one projector, and the f-sport has 2 projectors? so does that mean my bulb is a high/low beam bulb in one?

Yes your low/high beam bulb are in fact in one. The IS250 base model uses the D4S Bulb.

 

If you see the twin projectors in F-Sport IS, they are LED headlamps. In fact, for all US-spec F-Sport 3IS, they always come with twin lens projectors and hence always LED headlamps.
