Default Changing to winter set?

Just curious for those that are going back to stock wheels for winter, when are you swapping sets? not sure when to do it, starting to get cold in philly.

I'm waiting until they predict a snowfall. Then taking off once we get a good rain and salt is off the roads.

temps here are right on the edge, 40s in the mornings but 60s in the afternoons.

So if i had to choose which time to have decreased grip i have chosen morning which are an easier drive instead of afternoons into a glare when people are brake checking and seem to be driving worse then normal.

Once the afternoon temps are consistently in the 50s or snow is expected i will swap

The guidance in Canada for changing to winters is when the average daily temp drops below 7 degrees Celsius.
