Default Touch up paint - Ultra White

I'm trying to touch up the hood of my car and bumper. I drove around and got some different opinions. Lexus dealers say it's a 2 stage paint and every body shops I've been to say it's a 3 stage?

I haven't applied it yet and does anyone know what the real definitive answer is to the touch up paints.
Also, is the process easy when applying the touch up paint to the car? I feel like I'll mess it up somehow.

Thanks!

Also, Does anyone know if there are touch paints for RIMS (F-Sport)?? Unfortunately I hit the curb due to a car next to me while taking a turn.

Default It is a tri-coat paint

From Doctor Color Chip:

This is a tri-coat pearl / 3-stage color, meaning it was painted with a base coat, pearl coat and tinted clear coat.

Lexus dealer will give you a 2 bottle application method.
The base being this white coat and the top being this clear pearl substance.

And yes, body shops will tell you it's a 3 stage paint.

I remember someone posting this phantom grey pearl touch up paint for their wheels from Amazon, but I can't remember the link sorry
