Bumper removal

Tried doing a search and couldnt find a DIY on removing the bumper on the 3IS-F sport

I just received my fog lights from IJDMtoy, but i have no clue how to remove the bumper!

Please help

you don't like their install instructions? they didn't remove the bumper. they just went through the well walls while turning the tires.
