Getting 19s need offsets advise

Work Emotion Kiwamis offsets advise
Got a good deal on 19s Work emotion CR ultimate kiwamis in matte black, however the shop giving me options for offsets and to tell the truth don't know what to go for 
The shop offering:
-Front 19x8.5 et42 / et35 / et25 middle taper
-Rear 19x9.5 et38 / et25 / et15 deep taper
Also got the Swift springs with SPC camber arms on the way
Advise please
