it could depend on your insurance company, giving them a call would probably be safest route to take.

You would definetly have to update your ownership with ServiceOntario.. Unless of course the wrap is a similiar colour.

As for your insurance, they don't ask what colour the car is when you sign up with them. They just want to know the VIN and how much a deductible you want, but they ALSO ask if the car has been modified in anyway, so yes, wrapping the car would fall under that.

For peace of mind, I would tell them. If you DON'T, and you have an accident fault or not, they may try and use the undocumented modification as an excuse to drop you and not pay for anything.
