Ouch...as you can see the head of the stud that it was way over torque

Woah, yeah you could fix that with a lugnut remover and a hammer, so it shouldn't be too bad, or just take it to a wheel/tire shop down the street.
You'd need a new locknut now though

It was set to 40ft lbs. I like to torque from 40 then 80ft lbs.

Hammer a socket over it and loosen it with a socket wrench.

If it's not torqued on there with hulk strength, you should be able to DIY it by hammering a socket that's once size down over it to turn it out.

80 lb.. not sure how torquing mechanic works but its not that far off from factory recommended 76 lb.. anyone have any explanation?

If you don't have a high quality socket, go buy one. A cheap one may split when you tap/pound it onto the lug nut.

A tireshop like firestone can get it off in 10 minutes. They did that for my wife's jeep without damaging the wheel

Yes, the OEM Lexus set. I'll give it a try and see if lexus will cover it.
GOOD NEWS! I was able to remove it with ease. My bolt remover tool was actually a bit too small so I smashed a 20mm socket over the nut and it came right out
