there's a member in here that has the carbon fiber steering wheel in here...i think it's NVMarkus

Here's one for the 2nd gen IS. You can simply transfer your original paddles and airbag to the new steering wheel.

Looks awesome man. It seems a little beefier than the stock steering wheel in the pictures you posted... Is that true, or does it just look that way in the pictures?
