Default Accessory Mode

So this has been annoying me for sometime with the Lexus. Does anyone know if there is a way to leave the vehicle battery/accessory mode on when shutting off the Lexus?

When I'm still on the phone and turn off my vehicle everything cuts off, I have to leave my car on to finish a conversation or switch to my cellphone quickly.

I tried searing and found in the ES forum if you leave the car in neutral and turn it off it stays in accessory mode.. Any other options?

Thanks

You can turn off the car in any position and leave ACC on. Kind of annoying IMHO.

You don't need to leave it in neutral or reverse, just put it there while turning the car off and then put it in park. It will be in accessory mode until you shut it off again.
