Is350 fsport rwd, 12k miles, ml and vgrs. Private Seller is offering to sell it to me for 39k. Already has tints and a clear bra on it. Should I go for it? Should I also take it to Lexus dealership for a pre purchase inspection or some where else?

Yes that's a very fair price. With 12k miles you don't need to worry about an inspection much, it's all under warranty for quite a while. Just check the carfax.
