Default Siriusxm renewal

Interested to know what was the best deal people got when it came time to renew their subscription after the free trial period? My free period has just ended and I may renew if I can get a good deal. With my last car,I found they were keen to get me back as a customer.

These offers were for the basic service if I remember correctly, nothing premium or whatever they call it. Just read the fine print as the first offers did not include sign up / initiation fees, etc., whereas the later offers waived or included all these fees for the $29 a year.
Best I got was $25 for 5 months, I use to listen to Opie & Anthony all the time

Yes, call and say that your friend told you that he got an offer for around $25 for 5 months. Tell them that if they can give you that deal that you'll take it, otherwise turn it off. They'll pretty much cave.

I, too, was offered 1 year (Select package) for $100 or 6 months for $30. Is everyone else not renewing and then waiting for them to give you an offer for you to sign back with them at an even cheaper price?

(Select pkg) I had canceled mine, and then got a mailer that say come back for 5 months for $20 plus fees came out to like $27.82. I did that for 5 months and then I really wanted to cancel and i got an retention offer for $25 for 5 months plus fees, came to $32 and i negotiated dwn to $30 flat.. and went another 5 months and then I really really wanted to cancel this time.. I told them, i been trying to cancel all year long but they keep giving these offers.. This time, I told them I'm not continuing anymore cuz its my 2nd car and i'm not driving that it that much.. Operator was cool offer me 6 months for $25 even with taxes and fees included.. Damn it, they got me again for 6 more months..!! LOL

Best offer yet is 6 months for $25 (after fees and taxes)

Just keep trying to cancel, don't take the first, 2nd or 3rd offer,, and finally they just give you like the $25 deal just to keep you.

Initially, its not my intention to do this but now that I can see you can go a year for $50.. but you have to "Try" to cancel every 5 or 6 months.. I promise you, they won't let you get away..

Mine was $36 for 6 months after my free-trial. I probably will not renew though, as I found iheartradio more enjoyable with the selection of music and sound quality.

Just renewed my Sirius Select for $25/6 months plus fees. You usually need to negotiate with them to get the better rates. Cancel and wait for a better offer if all else fails.

Caution, dont give them a credit card number or they will automatically renew at the full price.

Thanks for all the good information! As I experienced in the past, their offers get better and better as they try to hang onto you or in the immortal words of Mick Jagger "start me up"

$89 for one year for me. They say it's the "premium" service. Eh...

They'll do anything to keep you but ~30$/6 months is about as low as they go.
