Is it true that you can't use a staggered setup with AWD models? I hope this is not true.

Not True at all, the tire size is what matters most...

+ 1 Also, notice that IS in Sport & F-Sport came with factory staggered wheels! Use a tire diameter calculator and it will tell you what tires you should get for staggered applications.

You can run stagger wheels and tires on AWD but make sure the OD of the tire remains the same.
