Default Differences with AWD vs RWD

I was shopping for wheels and I found some wheels and they say rwd only. Is there a difference that would make the wheels not fit? Can't we just rotate the stock wheels so wouldn't that mean the hubs are the same? I have not removed my wheels to look for a difference. Thanks for any input. I was debating on getting springs too and a few companies seem to only have rwd options listed and was wondering about that as well.

I think I know the problem with the wheels is the staggered ones listed and variances in ending diameter with tires on because of stress on the trans. Seems like people are getting set ups that work with good tire size matches

Some AWD owners still run a staggers setup; but per the manufacturer, a square setup (same wheel size on all 4 corners) should be run.

Wheel fitment is the same, but most RWD models came with staggered wheels, while AWD all came with the same size front/rear. The main thing is that the RWD has taller tires in the rear, the AWD does not. If you are going to run staggered wheels on an AWD make sure your tires have almost the same rolling diameter front/rear.
