Anyone used the grille surround on their IS yet from Sewell? I'm interested in seeing this especially with the black pearl badge in front with no plate . Any pics Or feedback would be appreciated.

I got mine for Xmas, although mine is ultra white. Just looking at ways to get it on the car now

 

I'm anxious to hear about your install as the website says easy installation. I'm terrible at installing anything. There factory Lexus parts I believe so I migh t take it to Lexus dealer for install since its a lease and don't wanna break anything

I had mine installed by my dealer when I had my winter tires put on last year. It took them about 1.5 hours and If I remember correctly I think it cost around $200 for the install. I love it tho. I know installing it yourself is tough as you have to completely remove the front bumper. Someone on the forum did it already. I remember him saying its easy to take off the bumper but the hard part is putting it all back together.

looks awesome. I wonder if its worth getting black to match the grille, or to get nebula gray to match the paint. What you guys think?

 

I would color match, the grill is actually not a black, so it would be a different color...

 

I don't think I've seen a nebula with grill color matched...but a CL member vinyl wrapped his grill surround in gloss black. This will show what black looks like.
