Is250 f sport

Just got a new 2015 is250 f sport it's amazing. This is my first lexus ever. I got the red interior

Eco normal and sport.

While drive and you switch to either sport or normal will it effects the transmission? This is my first IS not familiar with it.

Sport mode increases throttle response, holds the gears a little longer, and stiffens the steering more.

By transmission you mean affect longevity or shifts? It wont' hurt the transmission if you were to switch modes while driving. But if you are referring to the shift then yes it will affect that. In sport it will add more throttle response and hold the gears out longer before shifting to the next gear.
