So now the question is, RSR coils, or tein coils. and of course the rubbing question. if you could answer these, either here or through PM, i would appreciate it.
I have had both RSR and Tein Coilovers. RSR are going to be more expensive but worth the extra based on ride and built quality. The rubbing question will relate to your wheels and tires. What size wheels and tires are you running (Diameter, offset, tire size). How low are you looking to go at this point. I should be able to give you an answer once I know that

I do not believe you would have any issues with rubbing on stock wheels and tires. Aside from slamming the car on the ground, you should be good to go with either springs or coilovers.
RSR coilovers are good but the default springs are a bit soft. If you plan on running any kind of aggressive wheel fitments, get some J5 coilovers with stiff springs, otherwise the rubbing will become really frustrating. I wish someone told me this when I was shopping for my coilovers. And as far as just running springs, I wouldn't. The ride is never as good as with coilovers and you can't adjust anything once it's in.
