Ray G, can you take a picture from inside looking out the front? I curious how it looks with the 50% film on there. I am considering putting CR 70% on my windshield purely for heat reasons here in Arizona.
I put on 3M Crystalline 90 on my windshield and I wish I had gone with Crystalline 70. 90 only rejects 34% of heat while 70 rejects 50%. I'll have to see how effective 90 is this summer and may possibly upgrade to 70.

Wow! That looks dark but nice! Apparently this is not a concern with cops in NY.

I went with 90% Crystalline on my windshield and I wish I had gone with 70% instead. My windows are 30% F1 Pinnacles and since I got mine which by the way is illegal in MN I'm trying to stay on the highways most of the time. LOL!

Depending on the angle and lighting it looks very dark or light.

Tint looks great and yes windshield here is very important.

TSER is the heat reflection. Theoretically I could've went 70% all around even windshield but wanted it darker.

Neil, where are you? Shop I went to was in Kendal Miami

Thanks. Yours looks very clean I like it. So you did 70% over the factory 70% which looks good

For anyone tinting your car in nj you can apply for a sunscreening application allowing your complete car to be tinted I'm guessing ny has it also. Your family dr signs it all you need to complain about is the sun glare gives your migraines no tickets can be issued with the pass

Default Window Tint. Crystalline Films 3m

I put 20% window tint on my lexus, its still to dark at night to see anything.
i went back to the place i got my tints and he is offering me Crystalline Tint by 3M?
He showed me it was a clear tint, but will stop more heat & uv than the 20% black tints
i have. Is it worth it ? They want 400.00 to remove my old tints and redo with the new clear tint.

Might stop more uv and heat, but it just looks weird. Fish bowl status. I hated the short time I drove my wifes car without tint. I feel naked and exposed! Totally up to you though.

Might I add how much I hate the bluish tint on Mercedes Benz! I'm sure it blocks a crap load of UV rays and what what not, but it looks ugly. Sorry, my 2 cents... hahaha
