So my girlfriend got a 2015 IS250 and for some reason, her phone call history is not transferring correctly. When I connect my iPhone 6 (Verizon), the phone call history transfers correctly. When she connects her iPhone 6 (AT&T), all the numbers and names transfer distorted. Does anyone know what this might be from? Both of our phone call histories work perfectly on my 2014 IS250. Please help because it is driving her nuts. I have attached a picture to show what I mean.

 

Not sure what the problem is but my iPhone 6+ which is on the AT&T network transfers my call history perfectly to my 2014 IS 350 F sport

 

delete your phone off of the car and delete the car off of the phone and start over. Also hard reset your phone before you join it again.
