lexus card key

so my girlfriend sold her lexus hs. she has the card key, can I re program it to fit my 2014 is 350 awd or I cant do that

I don't believe you can, but I don't know for sure.

tried to do that to a card key i bought on ebay. you can't. the dealership tried to do it and they said once its been programed you can't reprogram it
