New member here! Recently purchased a 2015 IS250 w/ nav and luxury package and so far really loving the car. I do have a question though, how to enable the lexus apps such as pandora, iheart radio and etc.? Those apps wasn't installed when purchased and would like to know how. I tried registering on the app on my HTC One M8 and it saying my VIN# isn't compatible or that it does not exist. Thank you.

 

Reach out to your dealer and make sure they registered you. They should have done this at the time of delivery. If not you can do it yourself by contacting customer care through the Lexus Enform website. Here's the link for you:

Make sure you contact your dealer first because if you re-register and have duplicate accounts that will cause all kinds of problems.
