I'm going with a custom axle back exhaust and I wanted to be a bolt on. All the shops are telling me that the flanges are hard to find. The reason I want a bolt on its because the car is a lease. So I don't want anything cut and welded.

Do you guys at least know the name of the type of flange it is?

You could trace the factory flange and make your own. I did it for my Tacoma. If you need a help and decent fab shop could help you.

According to 3 shops I went to. The flange on the is350 is not flat.
