Not bad actually. One criticism is the stickered "rivets" and the size could be a tad smaller.

I don't like it. It's pretty cheesy. It's like putting on hubcaps for your brakes.

I, personally, like the look of painted brake calipers. Here is a huge thread dedicated toward it:
