Default Normal?

I just leased a new 2014 IS350 awd fsport Friday and today the sales associate that sold me the car called to check in and see if there were any problems etc... Is that normal? Just seems odd to me.

The sales guy checked in with me a few times (something like 1 week, 1 month, 3 months), that's what good customer service is all about.

+1 . . . . that is indicative of good customer service. If they sold you a piece of crap, do you think they would want to contact you at all once you drove off the lot? Think not. Enjoy the car!

Mine checked back with me within a couple days. I didn't mind at all. Plus she is a hottie.
