Default Engine temperature

Where is the needle settle on your engine temperature gauge on your car while driving, and what is normal?

Mine is on the middle of the gauge.

Are you asking what temp t-stat is in the car and what the temp display should look like when it's operating normally? It's likely a 180 like in the 2013's.

Normal is in the middle once it's warmed up, and this is true regardless of season.
