Default New to Lexus -- IS Buying Help Please

Hi,
I am looking at buying a Lexus and currently have two choices:

- 2012 IS 350 Limited
Lexus demonstrator $59,000 NZD 7000kms

- 2014 IS 250
Lexus demonstrator $65,000 NZD 1000kms

Is it worthwhile spending the extra $5k to get a slightly newer vehicle? Engine wise I am not too bothered as the 250 would suffice as I do mostly City driving, the 350 just appeals because of all the extra goodies such as memory seats, audio system etc. The 250 appeals because of the slightly bigger interior space and fold down seats.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I picked the 3IS 350 Fsport over 2IS-F because I liked the much roomier rear for the occasional child seat, and the car just handles much better than the previous gen.
